"Electronic Insurance"

Our system is built on smart card technology that provides a reliable and secure electronic claims processing system for cardholders (subscribers). NatHealth's smart card is an electronic card containing a chip similar to those used in mobile devices. This chip acts as a key that opens a door to personal and medical information stored in the company's database and is difficult to copy or forge.

This technology is the first of its kind in the Middle East and is being used on a national level here in Palestine. The smart card provides many advantages and features, and stores the following information:

• Personal information including ID number, address, and a recent photo of the cardholder.
• Emergency information including blood type and family doctor's name.
• Health insurance terms and exclusions.
• Encrypted medical history to ensure complete safety and privacy for each subscriber.
• Medical visits and recent medical procedures, as well as medication prescriptions to reduce overuse and misuse.
• Full confidentiality and information protection is guaranteed, as this data can only be accessed using a password specific to the cardholder.
