Hisham Zaid has been serving as the General Manager of the National Palestinian Health Insurance and Medical Expenditure Administration Company (NatHealth) since November 2022. Established in July 2013, NatHealth is the first third-party administration (TPA) company for healthcare claims in Palestine.

Prior to this role, Hisham held senior leadership positions in the telecommunications and media sectors, including General Manager of Reach for Telecom Services (2018–2022) and General Manager of Palmedia (over six years), managing large-scale operations across the MENA region. His earlier roles include Business Development Director at Hulul Business Solutions and Deputy Division Chief of IT Policies at the Palestine Monetary Authority.

Hisham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University (2002) and brings extensive experience in strategic management, operations, and organizational leadership.

Abdelghani Naser is an Information Technology and Information Systems professional with more than 19 years of experience in the IT field. He has been serving as the Director of Information Systems, Information Technology, and Logistics at NatHealth Palestine for over 12 years. He possesses extensive expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives, managing IT infrastructure, information security, and developing enterprise systems in accordance with international standards and best practices.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from October 6 University, Arab Republic of Egypt, and has earned several professional certifications in networking, information security, and systems administration.

He oversees the management of IT projects, data centers and servers, network infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery systems, business continuity, and enterprise content management. In addition, he is responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures that ensure information security, service reliability, and operational sustainability. He also leads technical teams and focuses on talent development and performance enhancement to support the organization's strategic objectives.

His responsibilities extend to logistics, procurement, and warehouse management, where he supervises procurement planning and execution, vendor and contract management, asset and inventory control, and the availability of resources required to support business operations efficiently and effectively. He is committed to applying governance and control practices that optimize resource utilization, improve operational efficiency, and support business sustainability.

Abdelghani has advanced expertise in IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, project management, process automation, and technology asset management. Throughout his career, he has successfully led strategic and operational initiatives that enhanced efficiency, improved service quality, and strengthened the organization's technology capabilities.

During his professional career, he has played a key role in modernizing and advancing the Information Systems Department through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, systems, and equipment. He has led numerous strategic projects that accelerated digital transformation and enhanced security and operational performance. Furthermore, he possesses extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft and Linux environments, cybersecurity solutions, databases, and enterprise business applications, enabling him to successfully deliver technology-driven initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Dina Hilal serves as the Finance Manager at NatHealth Palestine. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bethlehem University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), demonstrating her strong expertise in financial management. Additionally, Dina earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

With a diverse professional background spanning the insurance, telecommunications, and microfinance sectors, Dina brings comprehensive financial and operational expertise, significantly contributing to NatHealth's financial performance and strategic growth.

Hiba Fayez Jaber manages the PMC and Inpatient Claims Department at NatHealth Palestine, bringing over 16 years of experience in health insurance, claims operations, and pre-medical approvals.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Al-Ahliyya Amman University, combining clinical knowledge with extensive industry expertise. Hiba is instrumental in optimizing NatHealth's claims management processes, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service delivery to policyholders.

Waseem Hamran serves as the Network Medical Manager at NatHealth, where he oversees provider relationships and ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare network. He is responsible for managing provider contracts, maintaining compliance, and supporting the delivery of accessible, high-quality healthcare services. Waseem brings over 14 years of experience in the healthcare field, supported by his background as a specialized Anesthesia Technician. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has completed professional training in Governance, further strengthening his managerial and operational expertise. His role is instrumental in advancing NatHealth's mission to connect members with reliable and trusted healthcare providers.

Eman Abed is an accomplished HR and administrative professional with over eight years of experience, including three years on EU-funded projects focused on capacity building for Palestinian ministries. She has held leadership roles in HR, office management, and public relations, with expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, workshop coordination, procurement, cash flow management, and stakeholder relations.

Eman combines a detail-oriented approach with strong communication and adaptability skills, collaborating effectively with government officials, foreign experts, and diverse teams. Passionate about continuous learning, she has completed courses in psychology, nutrition, and holistic medicine, and is pursuing further education through a master's degree.

Haneen Issa is the Account Management Team Leader at NatHealth Palestine, with over a decade of experience since the company's establishment in Palestine. She serves as the primary point of contact for insurance and self-funded clients, managing team operations, planning, scheduling, and supervising daily activities in alignment with organizational procedures.
