Abdelghani Naser is an Information Technology and Information Systems professional with more than 19 years of experience in the IT field. He has been serving as the Director of Information Systems, Information Technology, and Logistics at NatHealth Palestine for over 12 years. He possesses extensive expertise in leading digital transformation initiatives, managing IT infrastructure, information security, and developing enterprise systems in accordance with international standards and best practices.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from October 6 University, Arab Republic of Egypt, and has earned several professional certifications in networking, information security, and systems administration.
He oversees the management of IT projects, data centers and servers, network infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery systems, business continuity, and enterprise content management. In addition, he is responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures that ensure information security, service reliability, and operational sustainability. He also leads technical teams and focuses on talent development and performance enhancement to support the organization's strategic objectives.
His responsibilities extend to logistics, procurement, and warehouse management, where he supervises procurement planning and execution, vendor and contract management, asset and inventory control, and the availability of resources required to support business operations efficiently and effectively.
